Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Iceland, Reykjavik. She is a CrossFit professional athlete. She is the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. Annie was second at the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter, is also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity journalist. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman to have taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. Also, she was credited with being the winner of in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie and her parents as well as her siblings, were born and grew up in Reykjavik Iceland. From a very young time, she was a fervent sports enthusiast and enjoyed working out. She won many medals in school competitions. In 2009 she took part in CrossFit competitions held in California. Her initial performances were good. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years old (as in 2021). She is 5'7" and she weighs around about 67kg. Annie started the CrossFit experience in 2009 in California. She was successful in her first competitions and finished in the top 10. But she did not win a title and finished the competition in 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she came in seconds place and won an Olympic silver medal that same year. Following that, she was a participant in another CrossFit competitions and due to her impressive performance, she took home the contest and became the first female to win CrossFit Games. Annie has an impressive 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win both CrossFit Games. She also took home a gold. And in 2021, she took home the bronze medal. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie has become a famous athlete when she gained recognition.
