Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American writer of cookery cookbooks as well as Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began to write Nuclear energy and policy documents for the White House. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual challenge of the job, but eventually, she lost interest. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. She spent eighteen years making the store extremely successful prior to selling it and grabbing a pen and writing her first cookbook. After that, several books were released and she also contributed to magazine articles. The Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. In addition, she offers products that range from food items to storage containers and tools. Ina has never attended any cooking academy and has never been employed in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Her name is ascribed to her easy style of cooking as well as her easy approach to entertainment. The most well-known recipes she has created are Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
